That’s exactly right.
There were a couple years of Mexican production that used a unique hoop with a dish that did not have the same “step” that all other S/S have. The lack of this step helps create an illusion of a deeper offset that what is actually there. Perfect for cars that can’t tuck a deep dish wheel… which is the case in the rear of of my caddy.
May I ask what is the difference between mexi-cragars and regular cragars? The dish?
